Catch on Demand is a new quality concept as part of the company Aalesundfish. The concept involves providing premium quality fish on a market driven schedule, where only selected vessels that meet certain standards of technology are selected to deliver fish to their plants in Finnmark, Norway.
It was important for the client to create a distinctly seperate identity from Aalesundfish AS in order to make clear the difference in quality and protocols.
